Do you want an activity to connect with your daughter, and learn some body positivity conversation starters about her changing body?
The first menstrual cycle is a sacred rite of passage into womanhood. This significant transition can leave a lasting imprint on a young person’s psyche.
Join us at this Mother Daughter Retreat for an afternoon of connecting to feminine energy, talking through the seasons of becoming and being a woman, understanding the menstrual cycle, and what self-care is needed for each phase. A celebration of tween/teen empowerment, period and body positivity.
The focus is on her changing body, confidence, self-care, eating and exercise and becoming a self-care queen. It’s a unique celebration for mother and daughter that invites you to remember the power of your blood and recognise the goddess within.

Your afternoon
You will spend the afternoon in the Samford Valley mountains and Vera’s very own forest where you will connect and have fun whilst learning:

Pricing
The Mother Daughter Retreat costs $199.00 per “mother / daughter”.
To bring another daughter or friend, an additional charge of $50.00 applies.
We encourage friends to come together with their mums, creating a safe space to share and fun atmosphere for the girls to learn.
Price includes all activities and afternoon period party with red velvet cupcakes & herbal tea.
