    With a trauma-informed approach we will use conscious connected breathing to help you release stress, process emotions, and promote healing.

    Connection & Community are the foundations of our mums & bubs group

    This is a time to sit with two women’s health professionals and older mums, Lauren Williams, a midwife, and Paula Hindle, a holistic physiotherapist, who value the work of mothering. These women will empower, support and bear witness to this sacred phase of your life - motherhood.

    Deepen your connection with self and your baby through our women’s circle with conversation, and physio-based yoga, pilates and relaxation practices over five weeks

    Your monthly reset with time in nature, among the Samford Valley mountains and Vera’s magical forest.

    Join Paula Hindle, our holistic physiotherapist, women’s wellness coach and yoga instructor for 90 minutes of yoga, relaxation and meditation in Vera’s beautiful yoga studio.

    Take time out of your busy life to reconnect with nature and yourself in this blissful setting. No experience necessary.

  • Sense & Soma

    A monthly group somatic embodied movement session designed to support you to reconnect to your sensory experience and body.

    Join Claire Stephenson, our integrative trauma and creative arts practitioner for a 90 minute small group session. Sense & Soma is designed to equip you with the skills needed to wake up and/or turn down your sensory system so it can return to its jobs of protection, safety, support and pleasure.

  • Mother Daughter Goddess Retreat

    Connect with your daughter, and learn some body positivity conversation starters about her changing body.

    Join Paula Hindle, our holistic physiotherapist at this Mother Daughter Retreat for an afternoon of connecting to feminine energy, talking through the seasons of becoming and being a woman, understanding the menstrual cycle, and what self-care is needed for each phase. A celebration of tween/teen empowerment, period and body positivity.

    One-day wellness retreat for Midwives & Nurses

    Lauren and Sam, offer a day of resetting your nervous system with time in nature, creativity, movement & connection.

    Caring for yourself physically and emotionally is essential for clarity and maintaining self to avoid compassion fatigue and burnout as a person that holds a sense of service and professional responsible for caring for others.
