Refund Policy

  1. Registration Fees:

a. Registration: If you have registered for a Vera workshop or event and would like to submit a refund request, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund of the registration fee until 7 days before event start date.

  • If you are unable to attend the event due to illness, bereavement etc. you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future event or workshop.

2. Refund Requests:

a. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email to the Practice Manager via hello@verawellness.com.au The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, and the reason for the refund.

b. Refund requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the event. Any requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written refund request.

3. Registration Transfers:

a. All registration transfers must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email to the Practice Manager hello@verawellness.com.au The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, transfer date request, and the reason for the transfer.

 

4. Event Cancellation:

a. In the event that the event you have booked is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly.

b. If the event is cancelled, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee or transfer their registration to a future Vera event or workshop.

 

5. Substitutions:

a. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual.

b. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email at least 7 days before the event. The request must include the full name and contact information of the original participant and the substitute participant.

 

Please note that Vera reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice. Any modifications to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to registered participants.
